木结构建筑专业人才培养模式及就业前景

摘要：本文介绍了木结构建筑工程专业方向设置的背景、组织机构和师资队伍组建、人才培养目标和培养方案，在教学和运作中遇到的问题及解决办法，以及毕业生就业前景展望等的思考，结合具体的运行实践，总结点滴体会，以飨读者。

Abstract: The paper introduces the background to set up the specialty direction of the wooden structure construction in wood science and technology key subject, the organization and teachers team to be established, the training objectives and program, the encountering problems and solution. Finally, the employment prospects of the students is being looked into. With the teaching practice, we will share it with you that some experiences were summarized.
